904 Evergreen DriveVILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA ORDER GRANTING DIMENSIONAL EXCEPTION Applicants: Deborah Gerg-Tiffany and Jeffrey Tiffany Property Location: 904 Evergreen Drive, North Palm Beach, FL 33408 ("Property") Legal Description: Lot 11, Block 1, Cromwell Estates, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 29, Page 110 of the public records of Palm Beach County, Florida (PCN: 68-43-42-08-05-001-0110) Request: Dimensional Exception from Section 18-35.1(6) of the Village Code of Ordinances to store a Recreational Vehicle on the Property that is eleven feet four inches (11'4") in height and thirty-six feet (36') in length. THIS MATTER came before the Village Council for hearing on August 26, 2021. After considering the testimony and other evidence presented by the Applicant and Village Staff, the Village Council hereby makes the following findings of fact: 1. The hearing was properly noticed in accordance with Section 18-35.1(12) of the Village Code of Ordinances. 2. Applicant's request meets the requirements for approval of a dimensional exception as set forth in Section 18-35.1 of the Village Code of Ordinances. Based on the foregoing findings of fact, it is ORDERED by the Village Council that the Applicants' request for a dimensional exception from Section 18-35.1(6) of the Village Code of Ordinances to store a Recreational Vehicle on the Property that is eleven feet four inches (11'4") in height and thirty-six feet (36') in length is hereby APPROVED subject to the following conditions: A. If any of the trees or shrubs on adjacent properties that are currently providing screening are removed, they shall be replaced on the Applicants' property or the neighboring property within six (6) months of their removal. B. The Applicants shall install additional shrubs or trees along the along the west, south, and east property lines within ninety (90) days at a minimum height of four (4) feet and the vegetation shall grow to screen the Recreational Vehicle at ninety percent (90%) opacity within two (2) years. C. The west ten (10) feet of the sidewalk shall be replaced at six inches (6") thick. Page 1 of 2 D. A solid, opaque six-foot (6') high gate shall be installed along the front of the Recreational Vehicle within sixty (60) days.
