A RESOLUTION OF THB VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, DECLARING THB RESULTS OF THB GENERAL ELECTION HELD ON
MARCH 12, 1991.
WHBRSAS, on the 12th day of March, 1991, a General Election
was held in the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, for the
purpose of electing Councilmen to the Village Council for Groups 2
and 4, and
WHEREAS, by due resolution the following named persons were
appointed inspectors, clerks and deputies of said election:
North Palm Beach Community Center - Precincts 34 and 53:

WHEREAS, on March 12, 1991, said inspectors, clerks and
deputies, after taking and subscribing their oaths in accordance
with law, made their returns to the Village Council, which returns
certified that the total count of ballots cast, including absentee
ballots, is 2,340.
For Village Councilman, Group 2:
Thomas F. Kelsey 1,174 votes
Al Moore 1,064 votes
For Village Councilman, Groin 4:.

WHEREAS, the Village Council has duly canvassed the returns of
said General Election and find that the returns of the inspectors,
clerks and deputies of said election are true and correct
tabulations of the votes cast;
NOW, THSRSFORB, BB IT RESOLVED 8Y THB VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council finds and declares that the
following are the results of the General Election for March 12,
1991:
For Village Councilman, Group .2:
Thomas F. Kelsey 1,174 votes
Al Moore 1,064 votes
For Village CouncilmaD, Group 4:
V. A. Marks unopposed
' Section 2. That the following candidates are hereby declared
to be elected to the respective offices as follows:

Section 3: The results on the annexation question are as
follows:
