AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOdt AND VILLAGE CLERK ~ SIGN A UTILITY

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLt1GE OOUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FIJJRIDA:
Section 7. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to sign that certain Utility Easement
to Seacoast Utilities Authority, Dopy of which is attached hereto,
marked Exhibit A, and by reference made a part of this resolution.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 14th DAY OF DECEMBER , 1989.

In consideration of the sum of $ 1.00 , paid to us
by SEAOOAST UTILITIES AUTHORITY, 4200 Hood Road, Palm Beach Gardens,
Florida 33410, and for other good and valuable consideration, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, we the VILLAGE OF NORTH PAI1~1 BEACH,
FUJRIDA, a Municipal Corporation, whose address is 501 U.S. Highway
One, North Palm Beach, Florida 33408 do hereby grant and covey
unto the said SEAOOAST UTILITIES AUTHORITY, its successors and
assigns a perpetual easement and right to construct, lay, relocate,
operate, repair and maintain at this time or at such time or times
in the future as the Authority desires, a sewerage force main upon,
over, across and through the follaaing described real property,
to-wit:
An easement for utility purposes over, under and across a
parcel of land lying in Tract A, as shown on the Plat of
Village of North Palm Beach Plat No. 1, as recorded in
Plat Book 24, pages 202-206, Public Records of Palm Beach
County, Florida, said easement lying 10.00 feet on each
side of the following described centerline:

For a point of reference oomnence at the Northeast corner
of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 17, Tovmship 42 South,
Range 43 East, Palm Beach County, Florida, thence
S O1°31'03" E along the East line of said Section 17, a
distance of 620.92 feet;
thence N 86°28'57" W, a distance of 471.23 feet;
thence N 67°24'25" W, a distance of 238.60 feet;
thence S 22°51'51" W, a distance of 357.73 feet to the POINT.
OF BEGINNING of the herein described centerline;
thence N 67°24'25" W, a distance of 117.12 feet;
thence N 20°23'25" W, a distance of 74.85 feet;
thence N 63°22'26" W, a distance of 63.91 feet to the point
of intersection with the East right-of-way line of North
Palm Beach Waterway, as shown on said Plat of Village of
North Palm Beach Plat No. 1; thence continue N 63°22'26" W,
a distance of 161.34 feet to the point of intersection with
the West right-of-way line of the aforesaid North Palm Beach
Watenaay and the POINT OF TERMINATION.
Said parcel containing 8344 square feet, :rare or less.
Together with the right of ingress and egress to, over
and from said premises to the extent necessary to lay, maintain,
operate, repair and remove said pipe line or lines.
