A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK AND
OTHER APPROPRIATE VILLAGE OFFICIALS TO SIGN TWO RIGHT-OF-WAY
WARRANTY DEEDS TO PALM BBACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk and other
appropriate Village officials be, and they are hereby authorized
and directed to sign those certain Right-Of-Way Warranty Deede to
Palm Beach County, Florida, copies of which are attached hereto,
marked Exhibits "A" through "B-4", and by reference made a part of
this Resolution.
t Section 2. Thie Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage.

THIS INDENTURE, made this day of
A.D., 19 by and between the undersigned;
THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION
as owner and the County of Palm Beach, in the State of Florida, as Permittee.
WHEREAS, the construction of this section will use the entire Right of
Way widths of PROSPERITY FARMS ROAD and,
IJHEREAS, in order that abutting lands of the undersigned may conform,
tie in and trarnronize with the said construction, it will be necessary to
slope or grade a portion. of said abutting lands of the undersigned.
N014, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH, the undersigned hereby grants unto Palm
Beach County or Agents for Palm Beach County the license and right to enter
upon said abutting land of the undersigned.
The permission granted above shall not extend beyond a distance of
10 feet from the right of way line of said road, except where
construction is necessary to re-establish existing driveways.
It is understood and .agreed by the undersigned and Palm Beach County
or Agents for Palm Beach County that said portion where sloping or grading
work is necessary will .be returned to as near the same condition as before.
IT IS FURTHER .UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED by the undersigned that the right
granted herein shall cease upon completion of the contract upon which sucfr
construction is performed.
