2526 Honey RdVILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA ORDER GRANTING DIMENSIONAL EXCEPTION Applicant: Paul Oenbrink Property Location: 2526 Honey Road, North Palm Beach, FL 33408 ("Property") Legal Description: Lot 31 of Kelsey Acres, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 16 of the public records of Palm Beach County, Florida (PCN: 68-43-42-17-03-000-0310) Request: Dimensional Exception from Section 18-35.1(6) of the Village Code of Ordinances to store a Recreational Vehicle on the Property that is eleven feet (11') tall. THIS MATTER came before the Village Council for hearing on April 8, 2021. After considering the testimony and other evidence presented by the Applicant and Village Staff, the Village Council hereby makes the following findings of fact: 1. The hearing was properly noticed in accordance with Section 18-35.1(12) of the Village Code of Ordinances. 2. Applicant's request meets the requirements for approval of a dimensional exception as set forth in Section 18-35.1 of the Village Code of Ordinances. Based on the foregoing findings of fact, it is ORDERED by the Village Council that the Applicant's request for a dimensional exception from Section 18-35.1(6) of the Village Code of Ordinances to store a Recreational Vehicle on the Property that is eleven feet (11') tall is hereby APPROVED subject to the following conditions: The Applicant shall install additional shrubs or trees along the west property line at a minimum of four (4) feet and they must grow to screen the Recreational Vehicle at ninety percent (90%) opacity within two (2) years. If any of the trees or shrubs on adjacent properties that are currently providing screening are removed, they shall be replaced on the Applicant's property or the neighboring property within six (6) months of their removal.
