4. PUBLIC HEARING AND 2ND READING OF ORDINANCE 2019-06 BOAT AND RV PARKING
AMENDMENT — TO BE CONTINUED TO JULY 11, 2019 COUNCIL MEETING Motion to continue
to July 11, 2019 the public hearing and 2nd reading of Ordinance 2019-06 amending Sections 18-35
and 18-35.1 of the Village Code of Ordinances to revise the regulations applicable to the parking
and storage of boats and recreational vehicles in the R-1 and R-2 districts and amending Section
45-36 of the Village Code of Ordinances to allow for increased gate height.
5. PUBLIC HEARING AND 2ND READING OF ORDINANCE 2019-03 — WALLS AND FENCES
Amending Section 45-36(D) of the Village Code of Ordinances addressing the height of walls and
fences on corner lots.
6. PUBLIC HEARING AND 2ND READING OF ORDINANCE 2019-05 Changing the date of the
March 2020 general election to coincide with the statewide Presidential Preference Primary on
March 17, 2020, establishing the dates for qualification of candidates, and providing for
commencement and length of term of office.
CONSENT AGENDA
The Consent Agenda is for the purpose of expediting issues of a routine or pro -forma nature. Councilmembers
may remove any item from the Consent Agenda, which would automatically convey that item to the Regular
Agenda for separate discussion and vote.
7. MOTION Approving Final Close Out and Release of Contractual Retainage for the Public Safety
Roof Replacement Project.
8. MOTION Approving the release of retainage to Golden Manufacturing, Inc. for manufacture of the
Anchorage Park floating docks
9. RESOLUTION — VEHICLE PURCHASE Approving the purchase of a Police Department
replacement vehicle at a total cost of $31,013.60.
10. RESOLUTION — LANDSCAPING SERVICES CONTRACT AMENDMENT Approving an
Amendment to the Contract with Precision Landscape Company of Palm Beach County, Inc. for
landscaping services at the North Palm Beach Country Club through the end of the fiscal year at a
total cost of $12,375.00.
11. RESOLUTION —AMENDMENT TO RESTAURANT OPERATOR AGREEMENT Approving a First
Amendment to Restaurant Operator Agreement with Farmer's Table, LLC to allow for alcoholic
beverage sales on the golf course.
12. RESOLUTION Declaring as Surplus one 2017 Kuntry Kustom Four -Station Shower Trailer.
13. Receive for file Minutes of the Library Advisory Board meeting held 5/28/19.

14. RESOLUTION — ATHLETIC FIELD MAINTENANCE CONTRACT Awarding a Contract for
Maintenance of Athletic Field Bermuda Turf to STO Landscape Services, Inc. in the amount of
199,673.
15. RESOLUTION — VEHICLE LEASE Approving the transfer of funds held by Ford Motor Credit
Company, LLC to Bartow Ford for the lease of two unmarked Ford F150 Pick Up Trucks pursuant
to pricing established in an existing Charlotte County Contract and authorizing an additional
payment of $2,825.20 to Bartow Ford.

16. RESOLUTION — FAMILY POOLS CONTRACT AMENDMENT Approving a Change Order to the
Contract with Family Pools, Inc. for Pool Resurfacing Project to modify the scope and increase the cost
and approving a Budget Amendment to transfer additional CIP Funds in the amount of $32,225.
17. RESOLUTION — CLUBHOUSE BANQUET CHAIRS Approving the purchase of 320 banquet chairs
and two dollies for the new Country Club Clubhouse from Governmental Sales, LLC pursuant to
pricing established in a current GSA Contract at a total cost of $87,445.36.
18. RESOLUTION — CLUBHOUSE FURNITURE PURCHASE Approving the purchase of furniture for
the new Country Club Clubhouse through Farmer's Table at a total cost of $222,295.79.
