NPB Library GroundbreakingNORTH PALM BEACH GROUNDBREAKING ... A ground -breaking ceremony Oct. 24
launched the construction of the new Village of North Palm Beach library. The library is being
built with federal and local funds with financing through the First American Bank of North
Palm Beach. Taking part in the ceremony, were members of the Village Council, Library Board
and officials of the bank.
