limits of the condominium declaration, sell, rent, lease, or will your apartment. You may
decorate or paint the interior of your apartment as you like the same as with your
own house.
IF I OWN THE APARTMENT, WHO HOLDS THE DEED?
It is your apartment, you get a recordable deed to your apartment, and are responsible
only for your own mortgage. You may pay off the mortgage at any time, pay all cash or
choose terms best suited to you.
