Come to the PGA Sheraton Resort to experience
the superb cooking method called mesquite.
Fresh cuts of prime meat, fish and
poultry are placed over a grill of sweet, hardwood
logs. Mesquite wood. Imported from Mexico and
the Southwest. These logs allow the fire to burn
extremely hot. The meat is' seared. And the result
is a succulent flavor, tender and juicy.
Choose from prime cuts of Filet Mignon,
Lobster, Veal, Chicken, Pompano, Swordfish or
Spareribs, or one of our chef's mesquite specials.
We have super -deluxe burgers too. All prepared
mesquite style. Entrees include salad bar, fresh
vegetables and freshly made breads.
At Colonel Bogey's, you can watch
our chefs prepare your meal on our new mesquite
grill. And you can taste the difference it makes
with every mouth-watering morsel.
Come meet mesquite today, at the
PGA Sheraton Resort.
