A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OOUNCIL OF NORTH PAIM BEACH, FIARIDA,
ACCEPTING PLAT
AT PAIl~I BEACH-LAKE WORTH ESTATES N0. 2
SUBDIVISION TO THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FIARIDA, FOR MAINTENANCE
BY THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVID BY THE VILLAGE OOUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village of North Palm Beach hereby accepts for
maintenance all plat improvanelits constructed on the Plat of Palm Beach-
Lake Worth Estates No. 2 Subdivision to the Village of North Palm Beach,
as recommended by a letter from the Village Engineer, a copy of which is
attached to this Resolution as Exhibit A and by reference made a part hereof.
A one-year maintenance bond by the developer covering all plat improvements
in the annum of $22,700.00 shall become effective on the date of acceptance
of this Resolution.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTID THIS 25TH DAY OF SEPTENIBIIt, 1980.

Gentlemen:
On this date, the writer conducted a final inspection
of the subject subdivision and determined that all previously
identified deficiencies in the construction of required im-
provements have been corrected. It is therefore recommended
that the subdivision be accepted by the Village for maintenance
upon receipt of the required one year maintenance bond.
