Section L The Village of North Palm Beach hereby accepts
f'or maintenance all plat improvements constructed on t}te Plat oi' Palm
13each-Lake Worth Fs tates No. 2 Subdivision to the Village of North
Palm Beach, subject to the exceptions listed in the letter from
the Village Engineer, a copy of which is attached to this Resolution
as Exhibit A and by reference made a part hereof; namely, continuing
in effect the existing development bond by the developer in the amount
of $227,000.00 to cover the completion of the street lights installa-
tion, the installation of the required landscaping along Corsair llrive,
the. required modification of the traffic signal at South Anchorage
'
Drive and U. S. #1, and including miscellaneous paving and drainage
repair items. A one year maintenance bond by the developer covering
all plat improvements included in the development bond shall become
e{'fective on the date of acceptance of all the exceptions listed.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.

Subject: Palm Beach-Lake worth Estates (Our Ref. No. 77-348)
Gentlemen:
The improvements to the above subject subdivision, have been
completed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications
with the exception of the following:
1. Modifications to traffic signals south Anchorage Drive and
U.S. #1. Estimated cost $5,000.00.
2. Landscaping the berm along Corsair Drive. Estimated cost
$2,364.00.
3. Street lighting. Estimated cost $32,300.00.
4. Dliscellaneous repair items indicated on field observation
report dated June 25, 1979, a copy of which is attached.
Estimated cost $2,500.00.
It is recommended that the subdivision be accepted for maintenance
by the Village subject to the retention of satisfactory funds in the
Subdivision Surety to complete the above items and further subject to
the One-Year Maintenance Guarantee furnished at the time of subdivision
approval.

REMARKS
A semi final review of subject Project was made with Jim Starost
representing Royal American Industries, Inc. and Scott Ladd representing
the Village of North Palm Beach. The following items need corrections
or repair:
1. Replace inlet grate on south side of Anchorage Drive east
of Corsair Drive.
2. Patch-core holes in asphalt paving on Anchorage Drive and
south end of Corsair Drive.
3. Patch edge of pavement at entrance to shopping plaza south
side of Anchorage Drive west of Corsair Drive.
4. Patch edge of pavement at inlet on west side of Corsair Drive
south of Anchorage Drive.
5. Patch west edge of pavement on Corsair Drive 50'+ and 150'+
north of Anchorage Drive.
6. Patch edge of pavement on'~Bowsprit Drive, Davit Drive and
Ebbtide Drive where heavy equipment has broken pavement edge.
7. Asphalt pavement at east end of curb and gutter needs to be
extended to back of curb at intersection of U.S. #1 and
Ebbtide Drive.
8. Patch west edge of pavement on service road 50'+ north of
Anchorage Drive.
All pavement edges should be swept clear to assure that pavement
under existing sand is acceptable.
