BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM

REACH, FLORIllA:
Section 1. The Village Council of North Palm Beach hereby
requests that Palm Beach County construct, maintain and control the
traffic signal light to be installed at the intersection of Southwind
llrive and Northlake Boulevard, at no expense to the Village of North
Palm Beach.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to forward a
certified copy oi' this Resolution to the Board of County Commissioners
oI' Palm Beach County.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
