W}{F.R};AS, on the 7th day of September, 1976 a Special Election
was held in the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida for the purpose of
electing a Councilman to the Village Council for Group 5, and
WHEREAS, by due resolution the following named persons were
appointed inspectors and clerks of said election:

after taking and subscribing their oaths in accordance with law, made
their returns to the Village Council, which returns certified that the
following are the results of said Special Election, to-wit•

Total Absentee Votes 23
For Village Councilman, Group 5: (Term ending March, 1978)
Betty French received 847 votes
Don Kazimir received 948 votes
W}{ERF.AS, the Village Council has duly canvassed the returns
of said Special. Election and finds that the returns of the inspectors
acid clerks of said election are true and correct tabulations of the votes
cast;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NOR17i
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council finds and declares that the
following are the results of the Special Election of September 7, 1976:
For Village Councilman, Grou 5:
Betty French received 847 votes
Don Kazimir received 948 votes
Section 2. That the following candidate is hereby declared
to be elected to the following office:
Village Councilman, Group 5:
DON KAZIMIR
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSEll AND ADOPTED THIS 8 DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1976.
