ROLL CALL
Mayor Norris called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. All members of Council were present. All
members of staff were present.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Norris led the public in the Pledge of Allegiance.
RESTAURANT AND BANQUET FACILITY OPERATOR VENDOR PRESENTATIONS
Mr. Lukasik reviewed the past actions taken in seeking a vendor to provide restaurant and
banquet services at the new North Palm Beach Country Club Clubhouse.
FARMER'S TABLE
Mitchell Robbins, Co -Owner, gave a brief history of the restaurant.
Joey Giannuzzi, Co -Owner, gave a presentation on Farmer's Table philosophy, decor, private
dining, on-site special events, food and beverage menu, Farmer's Table Express, community
outreach events, employee training, and marketing.
The meeting moved to the Village Hall foyer at 7:07 p.m. for a food tasting presentation.
The meeting reconvened in Council Chambers at 7:40 p.m.
Discussion took place regarding the rent structure ($200,000 per year for initial five-year term)

OAKES GRILL
Ken Kennerly, Executive Director of the Honda Classic and President/CEO of K2 Sports Ventures,
introduced his team of investors and highlighted the strengths each one brings to the project.
Jason Emmett, President of Duffy's Sports Grill. discussed the Oaks Grill concept, Duffy's history,
and leveraging Duffy's infrastructure and vendor relationships for Oaks Grill.
Carl Berry, Duffy's Director of Training, presented an operational overview including the
proposed menus, pricing, speed of service, product sourcing, catering, and special events.
The meeting moved to the Conference Room at 8:28 p.m. for a food tasting presentation.
The meeting reconvened in Council Chambers at 8:47 p.m.
Discussion was held regarding the rent structure ($100,000 fixed base rent, plus 5% over a $2,000,000
sales threshold, with no cap)
COUNCIL MOTION TO RANK FIRMS
Mr. Lukasik requested direction on negotiating a contract with either Farmer's Table or Oaks Grill.
By written ballot, the originals of which are attached to the minutes of record, the Village Council
ranked the firms. The Village Manager and Village Attorney were directed to commence
competitive negotiations with Farmer's Table.

There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting was adjourned at 9:20 p.m.
