A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
OF T}}E VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}{,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. H. NORMAN BOTT be, and he is hereby, appointed.
as an Alternate Member of the Board of Adjustment for a one year term
ending May 1, 1975.
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said member are
as set forth i_n Chapter 45 of the Village of North Palm Beach Code.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed. to inform
said. person of his appointment to the Board of Adjustment.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
