A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORT}{ PALM BEAC}I,
FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE VILLAGE CLERK TO NOTIFY ENCUMBENT MEMBERS OF
VILLAGE ADVISORY BOARDS AT LEAST FIFTEEN DAYS PRIOR TO THE EXPIRATION
OF THEIR TERM OF OFFICE THAT APPLICATIONS FOR REAPPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD

IF REAPPOINTMENT IS DESIRED, AND CREATING AN ANNUAL MEETING OF ADVISORY
I30ARD CANllIDATES TO BE HELD EACH YEAR DURING THE MONTH OF APRIL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY T}{E VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}{
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to notify all encumbent members of advisory boards in the Village of North
Palm Beach at least fifteen days prior to the expiration of their term
of office that written notice of their intention to seek reappointment to
the board. should. be submitted to the Village Council prior to the ex-
pi ration of their term of office if reappointment is desired.
' Section 2. The third Wednesday of April in each year is set
aside as a date for meeting between the members of the Village Council
and all persons seeking appointment to Village advisory boards for open-
ings occurring during that calendar year. Said meetings shall take place
in the Village Hall and the Village Manager shall make arrangements for
holding said meeting and notifying all applicants for advisory board
membership of the time and place of said meeting.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
