A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,

FLORIDA, APPROVING THE DESIGN AND LOCATION OF THE ANDREW G, FORD
MF.P70RIAL AT LAKESIDE PARK,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}1,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The design and location of the Andrew G, Ford
Memorial at Lakeside Park in the Vila ge of North Palm Beach as set
forth orr Exhibit 1 of this resolution is hereby approved.
Section 2. The Village Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to coordinate the aforesaid Memorial upon receipt of sufficient
funds to complete the construction.
Section 3, This resolution shall take effect immediately

upon passage.
