A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
P},ORIDA, AUTHORIZING T}{E VILLAGE MANAGER TO EMPLOY AN ATTORNEY TO
REPRESENT THE VILLAGE COUNCIL IN SEEKING APPROPRIATE APPELLATE REVIEW
OF THE FEBRUARY 12, 1974 DECISION OF THE NORTH PALM BEACH ZONING BOARD
OF ADJUSTI~NT CONCERNING THE CASE OF MADER & RYAN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
and directed to employ an attorney to represent the Village Council in
seeking appropriate appellate review of the February 12, 1974 decision of
the North Palm Beach Zoning Board of Adjustment concerning the application
of Mader & Ryan, a Florida corporation, for a variance to the Village of
North Palm Beach Code, Section 45-33(C)(1), Building Site Area Requirements,
and Section 45-33(E)(1), Parking Regulations, for Lot 5, GOLFVIEW ADDITION,
35G Golfview Drive, North Palm Beach, Florida.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
