A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE EASEMENT DEED FROM GULF OIL CORPORATION AND
CONDITIONS THERETO TO CREATE A PUBLIC ALLEY BEHIND THE EXISTING GULF
1 OIL STATION IN THE MARINA ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1, The Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized
and directed to sign that certain easement deed accepting an easement
from Gulf Oil Corporation subject to the conditions set forth therein,
copy of which deed is attached hereto and by reference made a part
of this Resolution.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to affix the Village Seal thereto.
Section 3, This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.

For and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00~I, cash in
hand paid, and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt
and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, GULF OIL
CORPORATION, a Pennsylvania corporation, acting thrdugh Gulf Oil
Company - U. S., a Division of Gulf Oil Corporation, hereinafter
referred to as "Grantor", has granted, bargained and sold and does
hereby grant, bargain and sell unto THE CITY OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee", its successors and
assigns, a perpetual mm~ exclusive easement over and across the
hereinafter described lands of the Grantor upon the terms and
conditions set forth:

Palm Beach, Florida according to the Plat thereof on file
in the Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court in'~and for
Palm Beach County, Florida, in Plat Book 27, Page 98
and being more particularly described as follo~is:
COMMENCING at an iron pin on the easterly right-of-way
line of U. S. Highway #1 at the tangent point Qf a curve
connecting the easterly right-of-way line of U. S. High-
way #1 and the northerly right-of-way line of,Yacht Club
Drive and run thence in a northerly direction along the
easterly right-of-way line of U. S. Highway #1!following
a curve having a radious of 2,804.93 feet throu~h a central
angle of 3 degrees 03 minutes 20 seconds for a)1 arc dis-
tance of 149.59 feet to an iron pipe; thence north 82 de-
grees 50 minutes 05 seconds east a distance of 175 feet
to an iron pipe and the point of beginning of the property
herein described; from said point of beginning run south
7 degrees 09 minutes 55 seconds East a distand'~ of 175
feet to a point on the northerly right-of-way ~ine of
Yacht Club Drive; thence south 82 degrees 50 m nutes 05
seconds west along said northerly right-of-way'line of
Yacht Club Drive a distance of l0 feet; thence north 7
degrees 09 minutes 55 seconds west a distance f 175 feet;
thence north 82 degrees 50 minutes 05 seconds ast a dis-
tance of 10 feet to the point of beginning. T e area
herein described is shown shaded in red on the ;attached
survey print which is made a part hereof.

This easement is granted subject to the following conditions:
1. This easement is granted to the Grantee, its successors
and assigns, for the purpose of ingress any} egress only
by the general public over and across the lands herein-
before described.

2. This is a non exclusive easement and Grantor, its
agents, employees, customers,' lessees, successors
and assigns shall have .continuous use of the pre-
mises herein described.
3. Neither Grantor or Grantee, their successors and
assigns, shall construct, place or allow any
