FLORIDA, AUT}{ORIZING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO ENTER INTO AN
AGRF.F,MENT WITH L. A. BAARCKE CONCERNING THE OPERATION OF THE SWIMMING
POOL S}i0P AND SWIMMING TEAM AT THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIM BEAC}i,
FLORIllA:
Section 1. The Mayor and Village Clerk be, and they are
hereby, authorized and directed to enter into that certain Agreement
betcaeen The Village of North Palm Beach and L. A. Baarcke concerning
operation of the Swimming Pool Shop and Swimming Team at the North Palm
Beach Country Club, copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 1 and by
reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
' to affix the Village Seal thereto.
