1972-34 Accepting the Designation of an Alleyl RESOLUTION N0. 34-72 a A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING T}{E DEDICATION OF AN ALLEY IN THE REAR OF LOTS 24, 25 AND 2G, REPEAT OF A PORTION OF THE MARINA ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, AND SETTING FORTH RESERVATIONS THERETO. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH: Section 1. The Village Council of North Palm Beach, Florida hereby accepts the dedication of certain property described on copy of a Quitclaim Deed attached hereto and by reference made a part of this Resolution, subject to the said. property being improved as an alley to t}~e specifications of existing Village ordinances by some or all of the grantors named. in said quitclaim deed.
