SIGN TYPE 1A - COMMERCIAL LARGE FREE STANDING PROJECT IDENTIFICATION SIGN
A Commercial Large Free Standing Project Identification Sign with one or two faces shall be permitted. The content of the
Commercial Large Free Standing Project Identification Sign may include: The name and logo of the development; the name
and logo of up to ten (10) tenants within the development. The Commercial Large Free Standing Project Identification Sign
shall be generally located as identified on Figure 1, and shall meet the following parameters:
• Sign may be a maximum of twelve (12) feet in height.
• Sign may have a maximum of ten (10) tenant panels per face, no greater than six (6) square feet, tenant sign panel
should have a black background regardless of national branding.
• Sign may be a maximum of one hundred (100) square feet per face.
• No more than one (1) Commercial Large Free
Standing Project Identification Sign is permitted.
• Landscaping shall be provided at the base of
the Commercial Large Free Standing Project
Identification Sign at six (6) inches in height.
• Sign will include internally illuminated panels and
cut plate aluminum routed letters with white acrylic
backing, and a cyberspace paint finish.
• Street numbers are limited to a maximum height of
eight (8) inches.
• Sign will be constructed with a masonry base, 3/4"
push through acrylic letters with perforated black
vinyl overlay will identify the center's name.

SIGN TYPE 2 - PEDESTRIAN DIRECTORY SIGNS
Pedestrian Directory Signs are signs designed to provide patrons with directions within the pedestrian gathering areas of
the Crystal Cove Commons CPDD. Pedestrian Directory Signs shall be generally located as identified on Figure 1, and shall
meet the following parameters:
• Signs may be a maximum of five (5) feet in height and three (3) feet in width.
• Signs may be a maximum area of fifteen (15) square feet per face.
• The content of the signs will include the name and map of the development with a corresponding list of tenants.
• Sign will be constructed with a masonry base, 3/4` push through acrylic letters with perforated black vinyl overlay will
identify the center's name.

Specialty Wall Tenant Signs shall be generally located as identified on Figure 1, and shall meet the following parameters:
• Sign Face area provided must be included in the total allowable sign face area for that tenant.
• Signs shall have a maximum mounting height allowance of thirty (30) feet.
• Letter height of business name limited to twenty-four (24) inches and logo limited to a maximum height of thirty
(30) inches.
• The content of the signs may include the name and logo ofthe business for the tenant to which the sign is accessory.
Nationally branded signage is allowed. Sign content shall be on one line. No nature of business is allowed.
• Sign Letters to be individually illuminated channel letters with Matte Silver returns and Matte Silver, or White letter
faces.
• Each tenant is allowed one sign per frontage.
