A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORT}{ PALM BEACH,
FLORIllA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE, CLERK TO
f;N7'I;R INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH RUDOLPH M. ARSENICOS, A,I.A „ FOR
' llfSIGNING A PUBLIC WORKS COMPLEX FOR T}{E VILLAGE OF NORT}i PALM BEACH,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they
arc hereby, authorized and directed to sign that certain Rgreement
between the Village of North Palm Beach and Rudolph M. Arsenicos,
A.I.A., for the design of a public works complex for the Village of
North Palm Reach, copy of which agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit
1 and by reference made a part hereof.
Section 2, The Village Clerk is hereby directed to affix the
' Village Seal to said Agreement.
