1 EASTERNMOST BOUNDARY OF THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB TO PERMIT
1'HE PRIVATELY OWNED WATER AND SEWER COMPANY TO INSTALL WATER AND
S};WEB LINES W}{ICI[ WILL SERVE THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB AND
LANDS WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH LYING NORT}i OF THIS AREA.
RF, IT RESOLVED BY T}{E VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they are
hereby, authorized and directed to sign that certain dedication
of easement for public utilities for the construction and maintenance
oi' water and sewer utilities along the eastern boundary of the North
Palm Beach Cowrtry Club, a copy of which Dedication is attached hereto,
marked Exhibit 1, and by reference made a part of this Resolution.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is authorized and directed
to affix the Village Seal to said easement dedication.
