A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, VOICING OBJECTION TO THE PROPOSED DREDGING AND FILLING

WHEREAS, the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida recog-
nines that the waters of Lake Worth provide boating, swimming and

Beach and neighboring communities, and

Section 1. It is in the best interests of the reside its

Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to forward
a conformed copy of this Resolution to the Port Commissioners of the
Port of Palm Beach.
