' A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL GF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, At1THORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE yTr-i-~' MANAGER AND CLERK TO SICN A CERTAIN PLAT.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
• Section 1, The Village Manager and the Village Clerk be, and they are hereby,
authorized and directed to sign the original of that certain plat known as VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, ~-T•~=F' EAST SUBDIVISION, signifying hereby the approval of such plat by the
Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, subject to the developerfs furnishing
a bond guaranteeing completion of the work within eighteen (18) months in accordance with
Ordinance 25 of the Village of North Palm Beach, as amended. Said bond shall be approved
by the Village Attorney and Village Manager prior to the signing of said plat.
