A RESOLIITICN OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING VILLAGE TREASURER AND VILLAGE TAX COLLECTOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COIINCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 8 through 11, Article III, of
Chapter 31/,81, Laws o£ Florida, Extraordinary Session 1956, the same being the Charter for
• said Village, Frances A. Fox be, and she is hereby, named to the following offices of such
Village: Village Treasurer and Village Tax Collector.
Section 2. The above-named officer shall take and subscribe an oath before an
officer duly qualified to administer oaths that she will faithfully and impartially execute
the duties of her offices according i:o the best of her ability and understanding, which said
oath will then be filed with the Village Clerk and spread upon the minutes of the Village
Council.
Section 3. The said FRANCE:i A. FOX shall hold her respective offices until her
successors shall be appointed and shall qualify and during the pleasure of the Village
Council.
