A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL, NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
' AND DIRECTING THE VILLAGE MANAGER AND CLERK TO SIGN A CERTAIN PLAT.

' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Manager and the Village Clerk be, and they are
hereby authorized and directed to sign the original of that certain plat known as
• Village of North Palm Beach, Village East Subdivision, signifying hereby the approval
of such plat by the Pillage Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, subject to the
developer Furnishing a bond guaranteeing completion of the work within eighteen months
in accordance with Ordinance 25 0£ the Village of North Palm Beach, as amended. Said
bond shall be approved by the Village Attorney and Village Manager prior to the sign-
ing of said plat.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of June, 1966.
