A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING
MEMBER TO THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJBSTMENT TO FILL AN UNEXPIRED TERM.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Mr. Alden Smith be, and he is hereby, appointed as a member
of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Village of North Palm Beach to replace
Mr, Robert Gregory, who resigned from said Board. Said appointment shall be £or the
remainder of the term of office to which Nr. Robert Gregory was originally appointed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 1966.
