RESOLUTION N0. 267-66
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL, NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, DESIGNATING
THOSE PERSONS WHO MAY SIGN QHECKS OR DRAFTS ON BANK ACCOUNTS OR SAVINGS ACCOUNTS OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH AND FURTHER DESIGNATING THOSE PERSONS WHO MUST ACT AS COLIlVTER-
SIGNERS OF SAID CHECKS OR DRAFTS,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
Section 1. All withdrawals on all bank accounts or savings accounts of the
Village o£ North Palm Beach shall be: signed by the Village Treasurer, HERBERT A. WATT,
In the event of the absence or inability of the Village Treasurer, THOMAS F, I1:WIS,
who is hereby appointed Deputy Village Treasurer, is authorized to sign such withdrawals.
Section 2. All withdrawals on all bank accounts or savings accounts of the

Village of North Palm Beach shall be; countersigned by the Village Clerk, Joe J, Eassa, Jr.
In the event of the absence or inability of the Village Clerk to countersign such with-
drawals, Councilmen ALLAN EVERARD, DAVID CLARK or THOMAS BELL shall countersign such
withdrawals.
Section 3. A copy of this Resolution shall be delivered to every bank and
federal savings and loan association in which accounts or deposits of money presently
exist in the name of the Village of North Palm Beach. The copy shall be certified by
the Village clerk and shall be said banks authority to honor withdrawals from the
Village of North Palm Beach upon the: signatures set forth above.
Section 4. All resolutions or parts o£ resolutions in conflict herewith

are hereby repealed.
