' A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL, NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, FI%ING THE COMPENSATION
OF ALL ELECTED MEMBERS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL AND SETTING FORTH AN EFFECTIVE DATE FOR THI5
RESOLUTION.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
Section 1. The compensation of all members elected to the Village Council is hereby
• fixed at the sum of ONE HUNDRED ($100.00) DOLLARS per month.
Section 2. The compensation of the elected officers fixed in Paragraph 1, above, shall
not take effect until the term o£ office of Councilmen commencing on the first Monday in April, 1966,
and shall not be paid to any such Councilmen until an appropriation therefor has been made in the
Village Budget for the year 1966-67.
Section 3. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby

repealed.
