A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM REACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING A VILLAGE CLERK FOR SUCH VILLAGE.

FLORIDA:
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 8 through 11, Article III, of Chapter
31481, Laws of Florida, Extraordinary Session 1956, the same being the Charter for said Village,
JOE J. EASSA, JR, be and he is hereby appointed and designated as Uillage Clerk (who shall also be
the Registration Officer of such Uillage) in and For the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida; and
he is hereby vested and delegated all of the powers and duties incident to said office, effective as
of March 8, 1966.
Section 2. The above named officer shall take and subscribe an oath before an officer
duly qualified to administer oaths that he will faithfully and impartially execute the duties of his
office according to the best of his ability and understanding, which oath will then be filed with the
Village Clerk and spread on the minutes of the Village Council.
Section 3. The above named Uillage Clerk shall hold office until his successor shall be
appointed and shall qualify, and during the pleasure of the Village Council.
Section 4. The above named officer shall receive no pay or emolument of any kind except
as provided by resolution of the Village Council.
Section 5. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of March, 1966.
