A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING A DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SAFETY FOR SUCH VILLAGE

BE IT-AND IT REREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 8 through 11, Article III, o£
• Chapter 31481, Laws of Florida, Extraordinary Session 1956, the same being the Charter for said
Village, HERBERT KOHL be and he is hereby appointed and designated as Director of Public Safety in
and for the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, and he is hereby vested and delegated all of the
powers and duties incident to said office, effective as of February 24, 1966.
Section 2. The above named officer shall take and subscribe an oath before an officer _-
duly qualified to administer oaths that he will fiathfully and impartially execute the duties of his
office according to the best of his ability and understanding, which oath will then be filed with the
Village Clerk and spread on the minutes of the Village Council.
Section 3. The above named Director o£ Public Safety shall hold office until his
successor shall be appointed and shall qualify, and during the pleasure o£ the Village Council.
