A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING HERBERT WATT TO CERTAIN OFFICES FOR SUCH VILLAGE.

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 8 throught 11, Article III, of Chapter
• 31481, Laws of Florida, Extraordinary Session 1965, the same being the Charter for said Village,
HERBERT WATT be and he is hereby named to the following offices of such Village: Village Treasurer,
Village Tax Assessor, and Village Tax Collector, effective as of April 1, 196b.
Section 2. The above-named officer shall take and subscribe an oath before an officer
duly qualified to administer oaths that he will faithfully and impartially execute the duties of
his offices according to the best of his ability and understanding, which said oath will then be
filed with the Village Clerk and spread upon the minutes o£ the Village Council.
' Section 3. The said HERBERT WATT shall hold his respective offices until his successors
shall be appointed and shall qualify and during the pleasure of the Village Council.
Section 4. The said HERBERT WATT shall receive no pay or emolument of any kind except
as provided by resolution of the Village Council.
