A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL, NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING ALLAN V.
EVERARD AS DIRECTOR OF CIVIL DEFENSE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 252.09, Florida Statutes, Allan U. Everard be, and he
is hereby, appointed Director of Civil Defense for the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 2. As Director of Ci~ril Defense, ALLAN V. EVERARD is hereby charged with the
responsibility for the orgainzation, administration, and operation of the Village of North Palm
Beach Civil Defense Council and he is fw-ther vested with all authority and power necessary to the
accomplishment of these objectives.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of February, 1966.
