A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH CONCERNING
CERTAIN PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS,
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE GGUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1, The Mayor and Clerk of the Village are hereby authorized and directed to
' execute and deliver certain easement deeds in forms as attached hereto.

' EASEMENT DEED
THIS DEED, dated this 14th day of April A.D., 1964, between VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, a municipal corporation in Palm Beach County, Florida, hereinafter called the Grantor,
which term shall include when used herein, wherever the context so requires or admits, its
successors and assigns, and NORTH PALM BEACH UTILITIES, INC,, a Florida corporation, hereinafter
called the Grantee, which term shall include when used herein, wherever the context so requires
or admits, its successors and assigns:
W I T N E S S E T H : That for the sum of Ten Dollars (lO.GC) and other good and valu-
able considerations, said Grantor does hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, enn-
• vey and confirm unto the said Grantee an easement of right-of-way for the purposes of laying and
maintaining water lines, mains and pipes over the following described property, located in said
Village and in the County of Palm Beach, State of Florida, described as follows:
A parcel of land in Section 17, Township 42 South, Range 43 East, in the
Village of North Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, being an easement
for water main, 6 feet in width between parallel lines, the east line of
which easement begins 5' west of the Northwest corner of Lot 15, Block A,
Village of North Palm Beach, Plat No. 4, according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 25, Pages 229 and 230, Public Records of Palm Beach County,
Florida, and extending Northerly at right angles to the North line of the
canal as shown on said plat.
such grant, however, being subject to the following conditions:
1. The grant so made shall cease and come to an end when the Grantee ceases to hold
a Franchise from said Village for the operation of s Water system within said Village; and
2. Such water lines, mains and pipes over said area above described shall be constructed
only upon plans and specifications duly approved in writing by the Building Official of the Grantor,
and, such water lines, mains and pipes must be so constructed and maintained that the drainage
canal over which such easement area traverses at right angles shall not be damned up or so clogged
as to prevent the passage of drainage water under said water lines, mains and pipes.
