MASTER SIGN PROGRAM STYLE CRITERIA
GRAPHIC STYLE AND LOGO USE:
Tenants with a Federally Registered Trademark name/style shall be permitted to utilize their recognized trade letter/logo
style for the primary identification. Logos can be utilized in conjunction with lettering styles and should be manufactured in
the same format as the Lettering.
Tenants without a Federally Registered Trademark color shall be limited to a block style font as illustrated below.

Tower Tenant Signs
PURPOSE AND INTENT
The Master Sign Program will act as the regulatory framework for all signage for the project. Where the Master Sign Program is silent, signs will
be required to be consistent with the Village of North Palm Beach's Code of Ordinance Chapter 6, Article V, Signs and Outdoor Displays, Last
amended via Ordinance No. 2014-09 on September 25, 2014 (herein referred to as "Code"). Where conflicts exist between this Master Sign
Program and the Code, or other Village Regulations, this Master Sign Program shall control. Figure 1 illustrates the generalized location of the
Sign Types.
Graphics within this document are only examples to illustrate design concepts or standards. They are not dispositive and are subject to change.
IMPLEMENTATION
Revisions to the approved Master Sign Program that are within the parameters of the Village's signage code, and are consistent with the
architectural theme and colors of the program, maybe approved administratively to allow for tenant changes over time.
SIGNAGE
To create a framework for a comprehensive and balanced project, sign regulations outlined in this Master Sign Program are permitted within
the Crystal Cove Commons CPUD. In addition, those signs permitted under Section 6-112, 6-114 and 6-115 of the Code are permitted within
the CPUD. All signs proposed for the Crystal Cove Commons CPUD require a permit from the Village's Construction Services Department before
installation. The Master Sign Program illustrates the generalized sign regulations for the Crystal Cove Commons CPUD. All signs within the CPUD
need comply only with the sign standards found in the Sign Program.
PROHIBITED SIGNS
Signs defined in Section 6-1 13 (B) of the Code.
SIGN TYPE 1A - COMMERCIAL LARGE FREE STANDING PROJECT IDENTIFICATION SIGN
A Commercial Large Free Standing Project Identification Sign with one or two faces shall be permitted. The content of
the Commercial Large Free Standing Project Identification Sign may include: The name and logo of the development, the
name, logo and nature of business of up to ten (10) tenants within the development. The Commercial Large Free Standing
Project Identification Sign shall be generally located as identified on Figure 1, and shall meet the following parameters:
• Sign may be a maximum of twelve (1 Z) feet in height.
• Sign may have a maximum of ten (10) tenant panels per face.
• Sign may be a maximum of one hundred (100) square feet per face.
• No more than one (1) Commercial Large
Free Standing Project Identification Sign is
permitted.
• Landscaping shall be provided at the base of
the Commercial Large Free Standing Project
Identification Sign at six (6) inches in height.
• Sign may include internally illuminated
panels or faces, internally illuminated letters,
pin -mounted halo -lit letters, and concealed
light sources.

SIGN TYPE 1 B - COMMERCIAL FREE STANDING PROJECT IDENTIFICATION SIGN
Commercial Free Standing Project Identification Signs with one or two faces shall be permitted. The content of the Commercial
Free Standing Project Identification Signs may include: The name and logo of the development, the name, logo and nature
of business of up to five (5) tenants within the development. Commercial Free Standing Project Identification Signs shall be
generally located as identified on Figure 1, and shall meet the following parameters:
• Signs may be a maximum of eight (8) feet in height.
• Signs may have a maximum of five (5) tenant panels per face.
• Signs may be a maximum of thirty-six (36) square feet per face.
• No more than one (1) Commercial Free Standing Project Identification Signs are permitted.
• Landscaping shall be provided at the base of all Commercial Free Standing Project Identification Signs to be six (6)
inches in height..
• Signs may include internally illuminated panels or faces, internally illuminated letters, pin -mounted halo -lit letters, and
concealed light sources.

SIGN TYPE 2 - PEDESTRIAN DIRECTORY SIGNS
Pedestrian Directory Signs are signs designed to provide patrons with directions within the pedestrian gathering areas of
the Crystal Cove Commons CPUD. Pedestrian Directory Signs shall be generally located as identified on Figure 1, and shall
meet the following parameters:
• Signs may be a maximum of five (5) feet in height and three (3) feet in width.
• Signs may be a maximum area of fifteen (15) square feet per face.
• The content of the signs may include the name and map of the development with a corresponding list of tenants.
• Signs may include internally illuminated panels or faces, internally illuminated letters, pin -mounted halo -lit letters, and
concealed light sources.

SIGN TYPE 3 - PROJECT IDENTIFICATION SIGNS
Project Identification Signs shall be generally located as identified on Figure 1, and shall meet the following parameters:
• Signs shall not exceed forty (40) square feet.
• Signs on one (1) story buildings shall have a maximum mounting height allowance of thirty (30) feet.
• The content of the signs may include the name and logo of the development.
• Letters to be back lit with white channel lights and finished in Black.
MAXIMUM SIGN FACE AREA: 40 SQ.FT.
SIGN TYPE 4A - WALL TENANT SIGNS
Wall Tenant Signs shall be generally located as identified on Figure 1, and shall meet the following parameters:
• Total sign face area for each tenant is dependant on their facade setback from the property line, as follows:
- Facades that are less than seventy (70') feet from the property line is equal to 5% of each tenants facade area-
- Facades that are between seventy (70) and one hundred (100) feet from the property line is equal to 7% of each tenants facade area-
- Facades that are greater than one hundred (100') feet from the property line is equal to 10% of each tenants facade area.
• Signs on one (1) story buildings shall have a maximum mounting height allowance of twenty-two (ZZ) feet.
• The content of the signs may include: Name and logo of the business for tenant to which the sign is accessory.
• Signs may include internally illuminated panels or faces, internally illuminate letters, pin -mounted halo -lit letters,
concealed light sources and/or be lit with building mounted spot lights.
• External spot lighting or exposed lighting is allowed provided that the light fixtures are consistent with the overall
character of the storefront design and is glare free. Armature or gooseneck lights may not extend more than two
(Z) feet from the building.
SIGN TYPE 4B - SPECIALTY WALL TENANT SIGNS
Specialty Wall Tenant Signs shall be generally located as identified on Figure 1, and shall meet the following parameters:
• Sign Face area provided must be included in the total allowable sign face area for that tenant.
• Signs shall have a maximum mounting height allowance of thirty (30) feet.
• The content of the signs may include: Name and logo of the business for tenant to which the sign is accessory.
• Signs may include internally illuminated panels or faces, internally illuminate letters, pin -mounted halo -lit letters,
concealed light sources and/or be lit with building mounted spot lights.
• External spot lighting or exposed lighting is allowed provided that the light fixtures are consistent with the overall
character of the storefront design and is glare free. Armature or gooseneck lights may not extend more than two
(Z) feet from the building.
SIGN TYPE 4C - WALL PROJECT IDENTIFICATION SIGN
An Interior Free Standing Project Identification Sign with one face shall be permitted. The content of the Interior Free
Standing Project Identification Sign may include: The name and logo of the development. The Interior Free Standing Project
Identification Sign shall be generally located as identified on Figure 1, and shall meet the following parameters:
• Sign may be a maximum of two (Z) feet in height.
• Sign may be a maximum of sixty (60) square feet of sign face area.
• No more than one (1) Wall Project Identification Sign is permitted.
• Landscaping shall be provided at the base of the Interior Free Standing Project Identification Sign.
• Letters to be back lit with white channel lights and finished with a 'Mirror Silver' Reflective Finish.

Tower Tenant Signs shall be generally located as identified on Figure 1, and shall meet the following parameters:
• Sign Face area provided must be included in the total allowable sign face area for that tenant.
• Signs shall have a maximum mounting height allowance of thirty (30) feet.
• The content of the signs may include: Name and logo of the business for tenant to which the sign is accessory.
• Signs may include internally illuminated panels or faces, internally illuminate letters, pin -mounted halo -lit letters,
concealed light sources and/or be lit with building mounted spot lights.
• External spot lighting or exposed lighting is allowed provided that the light fixtures are consistent with the overall
