A. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC, PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS
Members of the public may address the Council concerning items on the Consent Agenda or any
non -agenda item under Statements from the Public. Time Limit: 3 minutes
Members of the public who wish to speak on any item listed on the Regular Session or Workshop Session
Agenda will be called on when the issue comes up for discussion. Time Limit: 3 minutes
Anyone wishing to speak should complete a Public Comment Card (on the table at back of Council Chambers)
and submit it to the Village Clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting.

1. PUBLIC HEARING AND 2ND READING OF ORDINANCE 2018-01 — INVESTMENT
POLICY REVISION Consider a motion to adopt and enact on second reading Ordinance
2018-01 amending Section 2-4, "Investment Policy of the Village," of the Village Code of
Ordinances to revise the percentages applicable to short-term portfolio investments.

2. PUBLIC HEARING AND 1ST READING OF ORDINANCE 2018-02 — COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN AMENDMENT INCORPORATING EAR -BASED AMENDMENTS Consider a motion
to adopt on first reading Ordinance 2018-02 amending the Comprehensive Plan to
implement its Evaluation and Appraisal Report; repealing the Public School Concurrency
Element, revising the Coastal Management Element and the Intergovernmental Coordination
Element, and updating the plan to reflect statutory changes.

3. PUBLIC HEARING AND RESOLUTION — CONDITIONAL USE FOR PERSONAL DOCK,
FINGER PIERS, AND BOAT LIFT AT 715 NORTHLAKE BOULEVARD Consider a motion
to adopt a proposed resolution approving a Conditional Use for the construction of a personal
dock, finger piers, and boat lift at 715 Northlake Boulevard within the Northlake Boulevard
Overlay Zoning District.
ACTION
D. CONSENT AGENDA The Consent Agenda is for the purpose of expediting issues of a routine or
pro -forma nature. Councilmen may remove any item from the Consent Agenda, which would automatically
convey that item to the Regular Agenda for separate discussion and vote.

E. OTHER VILLAGE BUSINESS MATTERS
RESOLUTION — ANCHORAGE PARK BALL FIELD SOD INSTALLATION Consider a
motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving a contract award to Randell Enterprises of
Palm Beach, Inc. d/b/a Williams Soils and Sod for the purchase and delivery of sod for
Anchorage Park at a total cost not to exceed $22,200.00; and authorizing execution of
the Contract.

2. RESOLUTION — SIDEWALK REPAIR CONTRACT Consider a motion to adopt a proposed
resolution approving a contract award to Florida Sidewalk Solutions, LLC for repair of
sidewalk trip hazards at a total cost not to exceed $18,382.05; and authorizing execution of
the Contract.

This agenda represents the tentative agenda for the scheduled meeting of the Village Council. Due to the nature of governmental duties
and responsibilities, the Village Council reserves the right to make additions to, or deletions from, the items contained in this agenda.
