A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING AN ADDITIONAL
CHANGE ORDER TO AN EXISTING CONTRACT WITH E & F FLORIDA
ENTERPRISES, INC. D/B/A CREATIVE CONTRACTING GROUP FOR
TEMPORARY SITE SET UP AT THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB;
PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, through the adoption of Resolution 2017-65, the Village Council approved
a Contract with E & F Florida Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Creative Contracting Group for temporary
site set up at the North Palm Beach Country Club; and
WHEREAS, Village Administration has already approved two change orders totaling $9,950.00
and seeks approval of an additional change order in the amount of $5,850.00 (bringing the total
amount of the change orders to $15,800.00) for the addition of lattice skirting for the two
temporary trailers; and
WHEREAS, the Village's Purchasing Regulations require that that all change orders in excess of
$10,000 be brought the Village Council for approval; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council determines that the adoption of this Resolution is in the best
interests of the residents and citizens of the Village of North Palm Beach.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recitals are ratified as true and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby approves an additional change order (Change Order 3)
to an existing Contract with E & F Florida Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Creative Contracting Group in the
amount of $5,850.00 (for a total change order amount of $15,800.00), with funds expended from
Account No. K7600-66210 (Country Club Clubhouse Project — Construction & Major Renovation)
and authorizes the Village Manager to execute Change Order 3 on behalf of the Village.
Section 3. All resolutions in conflict with this Resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of
such conflict.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
