A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CONDITIONAL USE
GRANTED BY RESOLUTION 2016-34 FOR 719 NORTHLAKE BOULEVARD
TO REMOVE THE REFERENCE TO SPECIFIC PLANS; PROVIDING FOR
CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, through the adoption of Resolution 2016-34 on June 9, 2016, the Village Council
granted conditional use approval to Charles A. Miles, Jr. to construct a personal dock and boat
lift to the rear of the property located at 719 Northlake Boulevard ("Property") within the
Northlake Boulevard Overlay Zoning District ("NBOZ"); and
WHEREAS, the Applicant wishes to amend the plans to relocate and reduce the size of the
pier/dock, thereby necessitating an amendment to Resolution 2016-34; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council determines that that revised application still meets each of the
requirements for conditional use approval set forth in Section 4-1(A) of the NBOZ regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recitals are ratified as true and are incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby amends Resolution 2016-34 to delete the reference to the
plans dated December 2, 2015 prepared by A.T. Designs, Inc., consisting of four (4) sheets. Any dock
and boat lift constructed to the rear of the Property shall meet all applicable Village Code requirements.
Section 3. To the extent not expressly modified herein, all other provisions of Resolution
2016-34 shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
