BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Tnat Allen T. Gay is hereby designated and appointed as a Director of
the Palm Beach County Resources Development Eoard, to represent the Village in such. capacity
for the term of three (3) years.
