A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING WALLACE G. CARVER TO SUCCEED L. E. DICKv"RSON AS BUILDING, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING
INSPECTOR OF SAID VILLAGE.

WHEREAS, L. E. DICKERSON has informed the Village Council that he will be unable to
' continue serving in his present capacity as Building, Electrical and Plumbing Inspector sub-
sequent to July 31, 1958, and has accordir_gly submitted his resignation effective as of such
date; and
WHEREAS, it is essential that a suitable appointment be made to fill the office
• left vacant by such resignation;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVID BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the resignation heretofore submitted by the said L. E. Dickerson
be, and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2, That Wallace G, Carver be, and he is hereby appointed to succeed the
said L. E. Dickerson as Building, Electrical and Plumbing Inspector in and for said Village
of North Palm Beach, Florida.
' Section 3. That the said Wallace G. Carver shall be compensated for his services
in such capacity in the amount of Four Hundred and no/100 Dollars (~1~00.00) per month, said
figure however to be subject to such modification, by way o£ allowance or otherwise, as the
Village Council may from time to time deem proper and necessary.
Section 4. This appointment shall become effective the 1st day of August, 1958,
and shall continue thereafter at the pleasure of the Village Council.
