A RESOLUTION OF TI';B VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING ALBERT S. DUDDEN CHIEF OF POLICE OF SAID VILLAGE.

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VIL-
' LAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That ALBERT S. DUDDEN be and he is hereby appointed
and designated as Chief of Police in and for the Village of North Palm Beach,
Florida, and he is hereby vested and delegated all of the powers and duties
• incident to said office.
Section 2. As and. for compensation for the services of the said
Albert S. Dudden as such Chief of Police he is to be paid the sum of Five
Thousand, Two Hundred Dollars ($5,200.00) annually, to be paid in equal month-
ly installments.
Section 3. This appointment shall become effective, November 1,
1956, and shall continue thereafter at the pleasure of the Village Council.
