ROLL CALL:
Mayor Norris called the Public Heazing to order at 7:00 p.m. All members of Council were
present. All members of staff were present.
PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear the owners of real property along Conroy Drive and
other interested persons in regards to a proposed special assessment for construction of public
potable water lines to Conroy Drive, Lake Park Manor Plat, Lots 29 through 41 and Lots 43 through
56, and be heard as to the propriety and advisability of making the improvements, as to the costs
thereof, as to the manner of payment therefore, and as to the amount thereof to be assessed against
each property so improved.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no comments from the public.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 7:01 p.m.
