ROLL CALL:
Mayor Tringali called the Public Hearing to order at 7:25 p.m. All members of Council were

PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear the public concerning Bill 1024, a proposed
ordinance amending various sections of the Code of Ordinances of the Village by establishing
and setting forth fee increases for various planning, zoning and administrative functions of the
Village of North Palm Beach.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC _ _
Manny Grinn, 536 Greenway Drive, addressed the Council regarding the proposed increases,
including a particular concern for the fee increase in the application to the Board of Adjustment,
quesfioning what it pays for. Further, he stated that the filing fees, which previously were intended
to pay for special costs incurred by the staff, are no longer for that purpose, because now an initial
fee is required plus additional money for costs.
There were no other comments from the public.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
