A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING A REVISED
CONCEPTUAL PLAN FOR ANCHORAGE PARK PHASE TWO; PROVIDING
FOR CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, through the adoption of Resolution 2016 -67 on October 13, 2016, the Village Council
approved a conceptual plan for Anchorage Park Phase Two; and
WHEREAS, after receiving additional input, Village Administration has revised the plan to
include an additional 700 feet of walking paths; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council determines that the approval of the revised conceptual plan for
Anchorage Park Phase Two is in the best interests of the Village and its residents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recitals are ratified as true and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby approves the revised conceptual plan for Anchorage Park
Phase Two, as depicted on the draft plan prepared by Engenuity Group, Inc., a copy of which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Section 3. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with this Resolution are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
