Mayor Vastola called the Public Hearing to order at 7:15 p.m. All
members of Council. were present. All members of staff were
present.
PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the
Public concerning Bill 749, a proposed ordinance of the Village of
North Palm Beach, Florida, amending ordinance 6-94, which created
a Planned Unit Development known as "Harbour Point Marina" by
approving an increase in lands from 11.314 acres, mare or less, to
13.66 acres, more or less, located within the Village; providing
for relocations of the access road, and increasing the cash
contribution and providing for terms of payment.
COMMENTS•FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no comments to be heard from the public.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting
adjourned at 7:16 p.m.
