1991 OCT 28SPECIAL SESSION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA HELD MONDAY, OCTOBER 28, 1991 Present: Jerry Gardner, Mayor V. A. Marks, M. D. , President Pro Tem Manny Grinn, Councilman Thomas F. Kelsey, Ph.D., Councilman Dennis W. Kelly, Village Manager George W. Baldwin, Village Attorney Kathleen F. Kelly, Village Clerk ROLL CALL Mayor Gardner called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. All members of Council were present except Vice Mayor Pierman, who was delayed. All members .of staff were present. POOL MANAGER`S CONTRACT AND TENNIS PROFESSIONAL'S CONTRACT The discussion at Regular Session held October 24, 1991 regarding changes to the draft contract resumed. Vice Mayor Pierman arrived at 7:08 p.m. After discussion, the Village Attorney was directed to rewrite the contracts for the Pool Manager and the Tennis Professional to incorporate the changes discussed, and bring back to the Council for approval. Further, Mr. Baldwin was asked to keep the contracts consistent with each other and with the Golf Professional's contract, as much as possible. BUDGET TRANSFER - CART PATH CONSTRUCTION President Pro Tem Marks moved to approve the transfer of $1,545 from L8045-66210 (Cart Path Construction) to L8045-66210 (Irrigation Additions), as requested by the Golf Course Superintendent. Councilman Grinn seconded the motion, and all present voted aye. There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 7:25 p.m. K hleen F. Kelly, Village Clerk
