Mayor Mundt reconvened the Recessed Regular Session of April 28,
1988 at 5:03 p.m. All members of the Council and Staff were pres-
ent.
Councilman Marks restated the motion to execute that certain con-
tract between the Village of North Palm Beach and McCumber Golf
and GBS&H Architects as follows: That the Village of North Palm
Beach go to contract for the architectural design of the whole
golf course including redesign of the driving range. The terms
of this contract will govern the responsibilities of the archi-
tect. The motion was seconded by President Pro Tem Valente and
passed unanimously.
President Pro Tem Valente moved that Bill No. 537 entitled:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
AMENDING THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB BUDGET FOR FIS-
CAL YEAR 1987-88 BY APPROPRIATION TRANSFER FROM THE IMPROVE-
MENT REVENUE BOND FUND 1981 SERIES TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES,
FOR GOLF COURSE ARCHITECT IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT
be placed on second reading on an emergency basis by title alone.
The motion was seconded by Councilman Marks and passed unanimous-
ly.

Councilman Marks moved to adopt Bill No. 537 as ordinance No. 12-88. BILL 537
The motion was seconded by President Pro Tem Valente and passed unani- ADOPTED AS
mously. ORD. 12-88
The reason that this ordinance is being read for the second time
on an emergency basis at this meeting is due to the time con-
straints in the schedule of the architect's work.
The Village Attorney briefed the Council on his meeting of April 29,
1988 regarding Seacoast Utilities.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the
meeting was recessed at 6:00 p.m. until Monday, May 2, 1988, at
5:30 p.m.
