MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
OF THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA

Kenneth H. Mays, D.M.D., Councilman

Raymond J. Howland, Village Manager
Also Present: Tan Forbes, Village Labor Negotiator
George Warren, PBA Representative
Mayor Ualente called the Public Hearing to order at 7:00 p.m.
All members of the Council were present. Also present were Ray
Howland, Village Manager; Tan Forbes, Village Labor Negotiator;
and George Warren, PBA Representative.
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear both sides on the
Palm Beach County Benevolent Association, Inc. vs. the Village of
North Palm Beach labor union impasse.
George Warren, PBA Representative, made his presentation of
proposals.
After George warren's presentation, Tau Forbes, Negotiator for
the Village of North Palm Beach, made his presentation of
proposals.
The Mayor then entertained questions fran the Village Council,
fbllaved by questions and statements from the public.
There being no further business to cane before the Council, the
Public Hearing was adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
